Children frequently remove the rings out of the toy leaving it resting on its base with the cylindrical tapered rod standing up at a right angle to the base. In such position, which is quite frequent, the toy constitutes a hazard. Whatever the child age is, he/she may fall on the rod that could injure his chest or his abdominal wall, or more seriously, abdominal organ(s).
