How did you find CPO?

I actually was googling "twins" during a late night feeding when I stumbled across the multiples board. It had me hooked instantly.

Any favorite Boards?

I have a few main ones that I center around. I stay close to the ones I moderate (women's health, family health, and Manitoba), and I'm on Around the House, Frugal Living, Relationships, and Young Parents. Although I'm not a single parent I also go to the Single Parents board. 

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love spending time with my family, scrapbooking, quilting, and playing WOW. I also love putting time into my job. I'm a paramedic. 

How many children do you have?

I'm the crazy lady with three kids, 2 years and younger. Caleb and Seth are our two-year-old twins. Hunter is our one-year-old baby. 

Maybe a little something about your parenting philosophy...

I have a very easy and flexible parenting philosophy. I don't follow one style for very long usually. Each day we do what we need to get through. It's usually a group effort between the kids, DH and I on what philosophy is used as we change it for most stages.

What are you most looking forward to in 2009?

More than anything is just to continue watching the kids grow and learn. They are at the 'terrible two' stage which is definitely very trying on the best of days. But that being said they learn every day and it's amazing to see what they pick up. The more they learn, the more they teach you. 

Is there anything else you'd like to share with the CPO Community?

When I stumbled across CPO as a scared first time mom of twins I had no idea how I was going to last through a weekend of sleepless nights, never mind get to two years later where we are now. CPO has now pulled me through puking twins and through another pregnancy, and then a marriage. I have built a better family and support system in CPO then I could ever have imagined.
