Have there been deaths from the H1N1 vaccine?

Have there been deaths from the vaccine? If so, how many, and what were they caused by specifically?

I'm not aware that have been any deaths attributable to this vaccine, even though there have been literally millions of doses of the vaccine given. Serious adverse events like this are very carefully monitored and reported if they ever do occur. On the other hand there have been over 200 deaths from H1N1 infection in Canada.
