How long will it take for my unborn child to be protected?

If I was vaccinated while pregnant, but gave birth only days later, will the baby have any of the antibodies?

It will take about three or four weeks before the antibodies are produced and cross the placenta to benefit the baby. However, the baby will have some benefit indirectly because the mother, with time, will be less likely to have infection and therefore less likely to pass it on to the baby.
