How to keep kids healthy this flu season

Any general advice for parents on keeping their kids healthy this flu season?

There are six key points:
1.    Good hand washing with soap and water. If that’s not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
2.    Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
3.    Cough and sneeze into your arm not your hand, so you’re less likely to carry it to another person if you have it.
4.    Get your H1N1 and seasonal flu shot
5.    Keep common surfaces clean and disinfected.
6.    If your child gets sick, stay home unless the child is very young or the illness becomes severe. Then see a doctor.
