March break at home can be as much fun as a holiday away if you mix in a little creativity!   Read on to find out how you and your kid can take a culinary journey to different parts of the world – right in your own kitchen Why not invites some friends over and make it a party.  Make the week fun by decorating and encouraging guest to dress according to the place you’ll be visiting.  Find some theme related activities to make the gathering even more fun.

Monday: Tropical Paradise

Put on your bathing suit and sunglasses and enjoy this delicious Caribbean rice dish.
