Prior to writing AM I A NORMAL PARENT?, Sara Dimerman, our CPO Child and Family Therapist, conducted research with parents to figure out what was most typical, or normal. The majority of parents that responded to her fifty question quiz live in Canada and the United States. The results of this quiz, Sara’s insights, stories and advice, along with those of other renowned parent educators are woven into her first parenting book, AM I A NORMAL PARENT? Sara shares her findings to eight of the fifty yes/no questions she asks readers at the beginning of her book.

I think the book is wonderful. I recommend it to all parents. It provides lots of insight into our behviors and thoughts and makes me realize that I am a lot more "normal" than I thought i was.
