I love Christmas morning. To help make the day last a little longer we break for breakfast after stockings and the kids have each opened one gift. If you are looking for a tasty yet easy recipe I highly recommend our Eggnog French Toast. You do most of the work the night before and it tastes amazing. I set the breakfast table the night before so everything is ready to go.

Christmas morning is so busy in my house, I like to make a dish that I can fix and let the oven do the rest of the work so we can play with all of those new toys! We tend to eat our traditional Brunch Bake as a brunch as everyone is too excited to eat when they first wake up!
