Would someone suffering from bronchitis be at high risk for H1N1?

No, if they are otherwise normal, they will not be at high risk. It’s fairly common for people in the winter months to have two viruses at the same time or one coming on shortly after another. Partly because there’s more going around and partly because once you have one virus infection your immune system is slightly weakened and you’re more susceptible to another one. For healthy people they just weather the storm and get over it.
