Christmas Icing Paint
Paint up a batch of cookies for Santa this Holiday Season.
-
Mini Graham Cracker House Kit
A project kids will love. You may want to make this a bit early in the season so kids can enjoy their prized centrepiece throughout the holiday. Let them gobble it up as a Boxing Day treat. A bit of parental help will make it fun for all!

Lollipop Cookies
Make a cookie bouquet! Wrap these fun-to-eat, minty cookies in clear cellophane and tie the sticks together with ribbon. Or "plant" the cookies in a clay pot filled with colourful jelly beans.
-
Basic Sugar Cookies
Crisp, with a delightful sugary flavour. A versatile dough to make Nutty Apple Swirls, Lollipop Cookies, or Peppermint Patties. Or simply cut out your favourite shapes and decorate with glaze or sprinkles.
-
Chocolate Gingerbread Men
It's a tradition in our house to make these every Christmas as a family. You may also use a straw to make a hole in the top, tie a ribbon through the hole, and hang on the tree as an ornament.
-
Gingerbread Figures
A treat for little (or big) kids! Leave as is or glaze or decorate with icing and small candy silver balls.
-
Xmas Spritz
This recipe easy and the cookies bake up quickly. Perfect for any mom who is tight for time but wants some small pretty cookies to put out during the holiday season. I love this recipe for our annual cookie exchange because I can make them ahead of time and store them in the freezer.

Orange Almond Biscotti
This biscotti is great with Earl Grey tea or any hot beverage! But not as healthy. 110 calories per, 2.3g fat, 10.75 g sugar, 12% daily folate (aka folic acid)

Canadian Molasses Cookies
1 cup dark molasses 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (sometimes sub 1 c whole wheat flour and noone notices) 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger (I have used 1/2 tbsp fresh minced ginger and it was still good, put it in w/ the wet stuff) 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon salt

Peanut Butter Cookies
I actually entered these cookies in a baking contest this past summer and won 1st place. Hopefully you all like them too!
-
Monstrosities
These are my favourite cookies. I also often substitute raisins for the nuts and have both raisins & choc. chips. You can make them smaller, but then they wouldn't be monstrosities!
-
Ginger Snaps
These are my son's favourite cookies.
-
Haystacks and Cow Pies
My Grandma called these "Haystacks" my Grandpa however called them "cow pies" , either way they're fast and a nice treat. This is a no bake recipe.
-
Mom's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Everyone tells me this recipe is the absolute best they've ever had. And it is the only recipe I have not altered in some way, okay maybe I did one little change I added vanilla.
-
Snookerdoodle Cookies
This is a recipe that my kids request often.
