Crockpot Chicken Soup
With all the flu bugs and stuff, I thought a quick and easy chicken soup recipe would be good. I have been using it because I have a new baby and getting supper on the table quickly sometimes can be hard. I love the crockpot because you can put things in when you first get up in the morning and they cook all day. The house smells just YUMMY! I also use turkey in this recipe too.

Baked Chicken Enchiladas
This is a very easy "make and bake" supper meal that takes about 20 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake in the oven. Serve with a leafy green salad and bottled lower-fat vinaigrette salad dressing. This recipe leaves you time to help your kids with their homework or get caught up on your day while supper cooks. Leftover cooked turkey or canned tuna can be substituted for the chicken. Makes 10 enchiladas
