Perfect Pizza Dough - Suppertime Survival
Make up a batch or two of Perfect Pizza Dough ahead of time and keep it hand in the fridge or freezer for quick meals or snacks. Bags of prepared pizza dough can be purchased at the grocery store. One bag usually makes two 12-inch (30 cm) pizza rounds.

Ham and Cheese Loaf
You can serve this in lunches, the next day, it is good hot or cold. A cooked loaf freezes well. Once you have made one, you will probably be able to come up with your own fillings to suit your family‚s taste buds. I only put in ham and cheese, in ours. You can use real ham or just slices. The same thing with the cheese; we use processed slices as well as grated hard cheese. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can do almost anything with it.

Fried Rice
Here's a fried rice recipe that my family seems to love and is a nice change from potatoes. I have made this and substituted a can of mixed vegetables for the mushrooms, green onion and cabbage. I think you could do a lot of variations with this recipe.
