Zucchini Oaties
These cookies are very soft. They're best eaten fresh as they tend to stick together, but they keep well in a sealed container.
-
Banana Milkshake
Children love this tasty, nutritious drink.
-
Fruitcake Shake
This is a delicious shake.
-
Banana Popsicles
Children love this tasty treat.
-
Monster Mix
This mix is perfect at Halloween or anytime of the year. Just exchange the halloween candies with other seasonal treats.
-
Mini Cheese Ball Pumpkins
I turned the mixture I used to make a regular cheddar cheese ball into these bite-sized mini cheese balls. When coated in crushed cracker crumbs and pushed down in the center, the squat shape is reminiscent of a pumpkin. Serve them as is, or set them on thin crackers.
-
Trail Mix
A simple mix to have for munching. Good for a bagged lunch, too.
-
Peanut Butter Crunchies
This is another peanut butter favourite in our house.
-
Sneaky Snack
I know that this may sound really gross, but it is really good.
-
Microwave Peanut Brittle
This wonderful treat is quickly becoming a "family tradition" in our house. We have made this peanut brittle the past two years and we are looking forward to making it again (so are all our friends). It is nice to give as a gift in a decorative tin or place around a tray of squares.
-
Watermelon Pizza Supreme
This fun tasty snack combines two foods kids truly love: pizza and watermelon. With watermelon being 92 per cent water, not only is this a tasty treat, but also a great hydrator for active kids on a warm summer day. Kids can be hands-on in the preparation of this no-cook recipe, making the end result that much sweeter.
-
Banana Boats
Tastes like a banana split!
-
No Bake Fudge Cookies
This is my all time favourite recipe.
-
Reeses Peanut Butter Bars
My boys love these bars, taste just like the really bars you can buy.
-
Microwave Chocolate Fudge
I like this better than a stove top recipe because you don't have to wonder how long to boil it. I have made this many times and it always turns out. And it makes lots.
