Spanish Style Dressing
This stuffing is cooked outside of the bird in a separate pan reducing the cooking time of the Butterball turkey. Cook the stuffing in the oven during the last 60 minutes of roasting time. Saffron was introduced to Spain by the Moors in the 8th century. This ancient spice lends a warm, spicy flavour to this dressing. Make sure to buy saffron threads, not the powder for a truly authentic flavour.

Baked Chicken Enchiladas
This is a very easy "make and bake" supper meal that takes about 20 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake in the oven. Serve with a leafy green salad and bottled lower-fat vinaigrette salad dressing. This recipe leaves you time to help your kids with their homework or get caught up on your day while supper cooks. Leftover cooked turkey or canned tuna can be substituted for the chicken. Makes 10 enchiladas
