    This is a great recipe for uncooked spring rolls. I found it on the net awhile back and have enjoyed them many times since. To put the recipe together you can find everything you need at a vientamese grocer or anywhere they have specialty foods. I hope you will enjoy them too!

  • Cooking Pumpkin

    An easy way to use up those jack o lantrens. It can also be put in baggies and frozen for future use. I never waste anything!

  • Chili Beans, Border Style

    You can be creative and change the beans around, I used kidney and white beans and it tasted great. This recipe can be a great vegetarian meal if you add a salad and some thick bread. I hope you like it as much as our family does.
