Ray Lee

Doctor Ray Lee grew up in Waterloo, Ontario where he completed a Bachelor of Mathematics (B.Math.) degree in 1987 at the University of Waterloo. After leaving Waterloo he studied and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1991 from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. Ray's academic journey continued with him completing an internship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario and returning to graduate school where he completed a specialty program in Paediatric Dentistry in 1995 at the University of Toronto. In addition, he completed a Masters in Science in 1996 through the Hospital for Sick Children and the University of Toronto on dental trauma.

Ray returned to London in private practice as a certified specialist in Paediatric Dentistry. He joined the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario as a lecturer and clinical demonstrator. He was then recruited, appointed and is presently the staff Paediatric Dentist at the London Health Sciences Centre which includes the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario.

In addition to running an out-patient private practice, he also treats in-patients (emergency, cancer, transplant, etc.) and continue to teach dental students and residents. Ray says "we are very busy in the clinic; we are on-call 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week."
