Child & Family Therapist - Sara Dimerman |
Sara Dimerman, C.Psych.Assoc., is registered with the College of
Psychologists of Ontario as a Psychological Associate. She offers counseling
to individuals, couples and families out of the Parent Education Resource
Centre, in Thornhill, Ontario, which she established in 1990. Sara is
regularly quoted, and has her own articles published, in magazines and
newspapers. She also appears on radio and television across North America.
Sara produces parenting podcasts which can be heard for free online (search for "helpmesara" on iTunes).
Sara is a nationally recognized author. Her first book, Am I a Normal
Parent? (Hatherleigh Press, USA) was published in 2008.
Her second, Character Is the Key: How to Unlock the Best in Our Children and Ourselves (Wiley & Sons, Canada) was published in 2009.
Her third book, on couple's relationships, will be published in August, 2012 by Simon and Schuster Canada. Sara is married and mom to two daughters, aged 12 and 20.
