5 Meat Sandwich Fillings

Use a variety of different breads and cut into different shapes to create a new sandwich experience.

Ingredients

For Ham and Raisin Filling

  • 1 c minced cooked ham
  • 1/2 c seedless raisins
  • 1 tsp capers
  • mayonnaise to moisten

For Lamb Filling

  • 1 1/4 c chopped cooked lamb
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tlbs minced onion
  • 1 tsp minced mint leaves
  • 1 tlbs lemon juice

For Liver Sausage And Pickle Filling

  • 3/4 c liver sausage
  • 3 tlbs minced pickle
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 3 tlbs mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c minced celery

For Veal Filling

  • veal
  • 3 tlbs minced celery
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tlbs mayonnaise

For Beef And Pickle Filling

  • 1/2 c mashed cooked Lima beans
  • 3/4 c ground cooked beef
  • 1/4 c minced pickle
  • Few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • mayonnaise to moisten

Directions

For all Filling

Gentle mix all ingredients together and spread onto lightly buttered bread.
