5 Meat Sandwich Fillings |
Use a variety of different breads and cut into different shapes to create a new sandwich experience.
Ingredients
For Ham and Raisin Filling
- 1 c minced cooked ham
- 1/2 c seedless raisins
- 1 tsp capers
- mayonnaise to moisten
For Lamb Filling
- 1 1/4 c chopped cooked lamb
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tlbs minced onion
- 1 tsp minced mint leaves
- 1 tlbs lemon juice
For Liver Sausage And Pickle Filling
- 3/4 c liver sausage
- 3 tlbs minced pickle
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 3 tlbs mayonnaise
- 1/4 c minced celery
For Veal Filling
- veal
- 3 tlbs minced celery
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2 tlbs mayonnaise
For Beef And Pickle Filling
- 1/2 c mashed cooked Lima beans
- 3/4 c ground cooked beef
- 1/4 c minced pickle
- Few drops Worcestershire sauce
- mayonnaise to moisten
Directions
For all Filling
Gentle mix all ingredients together and spread onto lightly buttered bread.
