Almond Clusters |
I recommend you make a double batch because they will not last long.
Ingredients
- 6 bars of toffee
- 1/4 cup of margarine
- 3 tablespoons of whipping cream; unwhipped
- 4 cups of cornflakes
- 2 cups of toasted almonds
Directions
melt butter and toffee until smooth. Stir in cream and let heat for a couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in almonds and cornflakes. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and chill to set. This is a quick and easy treat for Christmas.
