Apple and Pork Puree |
One of my son's favorites; it's sweet, nutritious and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 6 oz (180 g) Unboned, lean pork
- 6 oz (180 g) Potatoes
- 6 oz (180 g) Turnip
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/4 Apple
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 1 pinch Sage
Directions
Cut pork in small pieces and remove excess fat. Peel and cut veggies into 1/2 inch cubes. Peel apple, remove heart and cut into small dices. Place everything in a saucepan and let simmer until everything is well cooked. Place in blender and freeze in cubes.
