Banana Split Cake

Delicious and sweet, soon to be your favourite dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 8-oz boxes cream cheese
  • 6 bananas, small and ripe
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large tub cool whip
  • 1 box graham crackers

Directions

Crush graham crackers very fine. Mix with margarine and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix remaining powdered sugar and cream cheese together well. Spread sugar and cream cheese mixture on top of crust. Cut bananas in half and lay bananas down long ways. Drain crushed pineapple and lay on top of bananas. Top with cool whip and let chill for 3 hrs or overnight. Enjoy!!!
