Best Beef Gravy

This recipe is fast and easy and makes the BEST gravy.

Ingredients

  • roast of beef (most cuts)
  • 7 beef boullion pkg.
  • 4 cups of water
  • garlic to taste (we use good 1/2 tsp garlic in oil)

Directions

In an oven proof pot, brown roast on all sides on top of stove Add the 7 pkgs of beef boullion and garlic to 4 cups of water and pour over roast. Cover pot and place in oven at 325-350 until cooked about 20-30 per lb. When cooked remove roast and strain liquid through a sifter or sieve to remove garlic pieces and add flour to liquid to make gravy.
