Our family discovered this recipe at Disney World a few years back. When we got home we pulled together some ingredients so we could enjoy it at home. If you are looking for a recipe the kids will love and can help prepare, this is the one!
Ingredients
- 1 large pizza crust (store bought or homemade)
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup
(125 mL) salsa (any kind)
- 1 1/2cups (375 mL) total assorted stuff for topping: chopped green pepper, diced tomatoes, diced ham, sliced mushrooms, olives, or your family's favourites
- 1½ cups (375 mL) mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Scramble eggs in a separate pan
- Spread salsa over pizza crust and top with scrammbled eggs
- Arrange favourite toppings on pizza
- Scatter cheese over everything
- Bake in 350° oven until cheese is bubbling (approx 10-15 minutes)
- Serve with fresh fruit or juice.

This recipe is a keeper. I made it last week-end for my family (children and grand-children) and they loved it. I didn't have any salsa, so I put a light layer of chili sauce and it was awesome. I made the pizza dough in my bread machine.
