Breakfast Shake |
Results in a creamy, nutritious, delicious shake. Sometimes I add a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 16 oz. of milk (I use whole milk but can be used with skim milk)
- 1 fresh frozen banana (cut before freezing into 4 pieces)
- 1 envelope of Carnation vanilla instant breakfast
Directions
Put all in blender & blend on highest setting for 20 seconds then on puree or whip for 10 more.
