Campfire Fish |
We made this fish recipe when I was a kid and now that I have a family I enjoy it just as much, if not more.
Ingredients
- Fresh or thawed fish
- Instant Potato Flakes
- Buttermilk
- Salt & Peppper
Directions
Wash and dry fish. Put buttermilk, salt & pepper into a ziplock bag and potato flakes in a second bag. Toss fish into buttermilk and coast with potato flakes.
Place in foil packages or cook in a cast iron pan over hot coals. Cook until fish flakes, about 10 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
