Carrot Stick Salad

This recipe is from one of my favourite recipe books.

Ingredients

  • 1 LB. carrots julienne
  • 1-8 1/4 ounce can of pineapple chunks in syrup ( about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup walnuts ( Optional)

Directions

In med. sized bowl combine the carrots, pineapple and raisins and toss. Add walnuts if desired. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
