Ceasar Salad Dressing

This is one of my favourites!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 4 - 5 garlic cloves (or less or more, depending on your tastes!)
  • Small tin anchovies, drained
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • DASH tobasco sauce (IMPORTANT MEASURE*)
  • 3 DASHES worstershire sauce (IMPORTANT MEASURE*)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Puree garlic and anchovies in food processor or blender. Add egg, mustard, lemon juice, tobasco sauce and worstershire sauce, mix well. Drizzle in oil while continually beating. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Keep chilled. Makes two large Ceasar salads. *Using more tobasco and worstershire than this will make an extremely spicey salad dressing.
