Cheese Cake

Just right for any time.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter,melted
  • 2 pkg(250g each)cream cheese,softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 envelopes Dream Whip dessert topping mix with milk
  • pie filling

Directions

Combine crumbs,1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly on bottom of a 8 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar untill smooth and fluffy.Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Serve with pie filling.
