Cherry Winks

This is a very quick and easy, not to mention nummy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • approximately 30 marichino cherries
  • 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs

Directions

Melt margarine and stir in coconut and icing sugar. Mix well. Form into logs and place, covered, in the fridge. Divide into 30 balls. Form each ball and place a cherry half in the center and close. Roll ball in graham wafer crumbs. These will keep in the fridge for two weeks. They also freeze well, in air tight containers. Serve at room temperature.
