Chewy Brownie Cookies |
These are delicious cookies although I try not to make them to often!! Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Golden Crisco
- 1 C Sugar
- 2/3 C packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten) - add after above is creamed. Combine in large bowl and cream together. Combine:
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 2/3 C cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt Add to creamed mixture and alternate with
- 1/4 C of milk.
Directions
Stir in 1 C choc chips (or 1 1/2 cups whatever you prefer). Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased sheet. Leave 3" between cookies. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool 2 min on sheet. Then cool on rack. Cookie will appear soft and moist when done but they will be firm upon cooling.
