Chicken and Rice Bake

A quick, tasty meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice (not minute rice)
  • 1 package chicken legs or breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

Sprinkle rice on the bottom of a large baking dish or roaster. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice. Pour both cans of soup and water over top. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 F for one hour.
