Chocolate Pecan Tart |
A decadent end to any meal. Serves 6 to 8.Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup (170 g) corn syrup
- ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
- 5 Tbsp (75 g) salted butter, melted
- ½ recipe Chocolate Tart Dough
- 1 ½ cups (180 g) pecan pieces
- ½ cup (125 mL) Dark Chocolate Sauce
- Chocolate Curls made with dark chocolate
- Whipped cream, sweetened to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, and sugar. Add melted butter and continue whisking until all ingredients are incorporated and mixture is smooth. Set aside. Roll Chocolate Tart Dough to a thickness of about ¼ inch (6 mm) and press into a 9-inch (22.5 cm) tart pan (or in individual tart pans, if desired). Top with pecan pieces and cover with filling.
3. Place pan on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Turn tray around and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. Let tart cool completely on a wire rack before unmolding. To serve, adorn with garnishes as shown.

Where's the Chocolate Tart Dough recipe for todays Chocolate Pecan Tart?

Probably need the recipe for the Dark Chocolate Sauce too. And instructions for the curls.

This was really disappointing! Why have a recipe that you need other recipes for and not give the other recipes? Truly, truly disappointed!!
