Clam Dip

This makes a tasty dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of ritz crackers
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1-5oz can of clams with juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

Directions

Mix all together and press lightly in small casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake a 350 for 25 mins. then bake for 5 more mins. uncovered. Serve with ritz or other crackers.
