Cookie Monster Cookie Dough |
This is the original Cookie Monster recipe. It makes simple cookies that are easy to eat and fun for kids to help in the preparation.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
Put the butter in the mixing bowl, add the sugar. Mix until well blended. Ad the 2 eggs, vanilla and blend again. Add the flour slowly mixing well. Add the baking powder, salt and mix well. Chill the dough for about one hour in the fridge.
Roll the dough, cut in your favourite shapes or just circles with a glass if you want. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.. Enjoy!
Makes 2 dozen "normal sized" cookies.

This is the best cookie dough recipe ever you can even romll it in your hAnds flatten them and add a baking chocolate kiss in the middle they remain the size you pu them in I'm just happy I got the recipe back after all these years thank you
