Creamy Jelly Jiggles

These jiggles settle into layers for a different look. Do not freeze.

Ingredients

  • 2, 7 gram envelopes of unflavoured gelatin
  • 2, 85 gram boxes of lime-flavoured jelly powder
  • 400 ml boiling water
  • 150 ml Half and half (light cream)

Directions

Pour both the flavoured and unflavoured gelatins into a bowl. Stir well. Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatins dissolve. Stir in the cream. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13" pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Cut into squares or use cookie cutters to cut into your favourite shapes.
