Crockpot Beef & Noodles |
I am a working Mom, so I need recipes that when I come home, I can just serve. Thanks.
Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 pkg. au jus mix (This is like a french dip mix)
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 (12 0z) pkg. frozen noodles
Directions
Brown meat in a little oil. Drain. Put in crockpot. Dissolve au jus mix in the boiling water. Pour over meat. Cook on low 7-10 hours. One hour before serving, turn on high. Add the package of noodles which have thawed in the refrigerator all day.
