This is my favourite recipe of all time! They freeze well too!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chocolate chips
- 2 Cups Butterscotch chips
- 2 Cups Peanut Butter chips or 2/3 Cups Peanut butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Crushed potato chips
- 1 Cup crushed unsalted peanuts
Directions
- Melt Chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and Peanut Butter in double boiler pot.
- After they are melted, fold in crunched chips and peanuts well.
- Spoon a tablespoon full in medium sized cupcake liners or candy liners.
- Refridgerate or freeze.

Just curious - do you know why they are called cuban lunchI make them as well but just don't know why they are called Cuban lunch
