Cuban Lunch Chocolates

This is my favourite recipe of all time! They freeze well too!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chocolate chips
  • 2 Cups Butterscotch chips
  • 2 Cups  Peanut Butter chips or 2/3 Cups Peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Crushed potato chips
  • 1 Cup crushed unsalted peanuts

Directions

  1. Melt Chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and Peanut Butter in double boiler pot.
  2. After they are melted, fold in crunched chips and peanuts well.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon full in medium sized cupcake liners or candy liners.
  4. Refridgerate or freeze.

    Just curious - do you know why they are called cuban lunchI make them as well but just don't know why they are called Cuban lunch
