Easy Beef Burritos

This is one of our favourite meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 small cross rib roast
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning.
  • flour or corn tortillas

Directions

Place rib roast in your slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top. Cook all day on low.

Remove meat from pot and save juices. With two forks shred meat and mix juices in. Keep warm.

Place one tortilla on plate. Spread with sour cream. Top with some beef mixture and top with favourite toppings noted below. Toppings: sour cream, salsa, shredded cheddar/monteray jack cheese, chopped lettuce/tomato, guacomole.
