Easy Pina Colada

One sip of this tropical mocktail and you'll feel like you're sitting by the beach.

 

Ingredients

  • Pineapple juice
  • Coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Directions


Mix in blender or food processor 2 parts pineapple juice to 1 part coconut water (less if using real crème of coconut). Or call it a day and just buy Bacardi’s pina colada mix. Rim your glass with holiday coloured sparkles, or superfine sugar. Pour drink over ice in glass.

Tip: for a creamier, sweeter drink add a spoon of real vanilla ice cream before you blend your ingredients together.
