Easy Scottish Shepherd's Pie |
My family just loves this!
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups hamburger
- 1 cup vegetables (these can be carrots, mushrooms, corn or just
- leftovers from your fridge)
- 4 servings hot mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Do not preheat oven. In a 2 quart casserole dish whisk together soup, worcestershire sauce, dill, and water. Fold in hamburger and vegetables. Bake in a 425F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Spoon mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes longer.
