Fast Tomato Salsa

This recipe can be made anytime of the year but is best with fresh ripe tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeds removed, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • Salt
  • Pepper



Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine vegetables, salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the limes over top of the mixture and stir to combine.
  2. Chill and serve.

    This recipe is great! I've been put on a yeast and sugar free diet for a few months. This recipe contains everything I'm allowed to eat fresh. I can't use the salt and pepper right now, but, with the jalapeno peppers, who will miss them?Thank you.
