Fast Tomato Salsa |
This recipe can be made anytime of the year but is best with fresh ripe tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeds removed, chopped
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 limes
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, combine vegetables, salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the limes over top of the mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill and serve.

This recipe is great! I've been put on a yeast and sugar free diet for a few months. This recipe contains everything I'm allowed to eat fresh. I can't use the salt and pepper right now, but, with the jalapeno peppers, who will miss them?Thank you.
