Festive Stuffing Balls

These are quick to make and easy to transport.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (12 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) package seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

Saute onion and celery in butter in pan until tender, stirring frequently. Add corn, stuffing mix, seasonings, eggs, and milk. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in shallow 9x13 inch pan; pour melted butter over balls. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Yield: 25 balls.
