Frozen Sunshine

This tasty frozen cocktail is a spin on your favourite childhood frozen treat... but just for adults!

Ingredients

4 oz. vodka
2 oz. clear orange-flavor liqueur
¼ cup half-and-half
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
4 cups ice
Garnish: orange slices and paper umbrellas

Directions

1. Put all ingredients except ice into blender container. Cover and process at ON until
smooth.
2. With motor running, remove feeder cap and add ice cubes. Continue to process until
smooth.
3. Pour into stemmed glasses.
4. Garnish with orange slice and paper umbrella.
Makes 4 servings
