This recipe is very nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy cereal
  • handful raisins
  • handful dried minced apricots
  • a few tbsp sesame seeds
  • chocolate bits(optional)
  • coconut bits (optional)

Directions

Mix well and store in a jar. May also add: dried fruit, sunflower seeds, pretzels, mini ritz, popped popcorn.
