Grandmother's Pancakes |
This recipe is a great last minute meal and will become your go-to pancake recipes for years to come.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sifted flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons salad oil/melted
Directions
Mix ingredients making sure the batter is still a little lumpy. Cook on seasoned skillet or griddle. Serves 2 - 3 people.
