Hamburger Cupcakes |
The kids love them - they can be easily frozen.
Ingredients
- Loaf of bread (white or brown)
- 1 pound ground beef
- Margarine
- 1 can tomato soup (any soup can be substituted)
- 1 egg
- grated cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
Directions
Butter 18 slices of bread (just one side), and shape into muffin tins-- butter side in. Fry hamberger until brown, add soup, & egg. Fill bread cups with mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 375 till brown. 15-20 mins. Enjoy.
