Hamburger Cupcakes

The kids love them - they can be easily frozen.

Ingredients

  • Loaf of bread (white or brown)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Margarine
  • 1 can tomato soup (any soup can be substituted)
  • 1 egg
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper

Directions

Butter 18 slices of bread (just one side), and shape into muffin tins-- butter side in. Fry hamberger until brown, add soup, & egg. Fill bread cups with mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 375 till brown. 15-20 mins. Enjoy.

Can be eaten warm or cold, great for lunches or snacks, and can be
easily frozen.
