Hash Brown Dinner

This meal is fast and absolutely scrumptious!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs hamberger { ground chicken works too }
  • 1 med onion
  • 1 envelope brown gravy
  • 1 can { 398 ml} cream corn
  • 1 1/2 cups shreded chedar
  • 1 package {size depends on # feeding } hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom {or any other cream based soup you like}
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

place ground beef & onion in crock pot toss with gravy mix. pour corn over beef then add 1/2 cheese. top with hash browns & remaining cheese. mix soup with milk and pour over hash browns. cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours.
