Haystacks and Cow Pies |
My Grandma called these "Haystacks" my Grandpa however called them "cow pies"

Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips melted cooled ( I microwave it for 1 minute or so)
- 2 cups mini marhmallows
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup peanuts ( or almonds or both)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, add chocolate, mix to blend through, use about a 1/2 teaspoon of mixture for each cookie, drop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
