Hearty Potato Garlic Bread |
This bread is wonderful with soups and chowders. (For use in a 1 lb/2 cup bread machine)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 cups White Flour
- 3/4 cup instant potato flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed or chives, optional
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or substitute 1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder.
- 1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions
Select loaf size. Makes a 1 lb loaf. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select white cycle.
