Hot Fudge Sauce |
My favourite dessert topping!
Ingredients
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 4 cups Confectioner's sugar
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
Directions
In top of a double boiler melt 4 squares unsweetened chocolate with 1/2 lb BUTTER. When all smooth alternately add 4 cups Confectioner's sugar and 1 12oz can evaporated milk. Beat with electric Mixer. Simmer till thick..usually about 25 to 30 minutes. Yields about 1 quart. Enjoy!!
